Overcooked, the chaotic couch co-op cooking game where you try to cook food, keep customers happy, and potentially destroy lifelong friendships, is currently going for the low low price of free on the Epic Store.

In Overcooked, the Onion Kingdom is in danger and only you and the finest cooking can save it. You’ll need to work your way through various treacherous, perilous, and deeply unusual kitchens in order to build up your skills and chop down an ancient edible evil who threatens the land.

We’re not kidding about the ‘deeply unusual’ part. There are all manner of hazards in the kitchens, from ice floes to earthquakes to the depths of a fiery underworld itself. Only the toughest chefs will survive. Are you one of them?

If you don’t have any friends, or if you think your cooking skills easily rival that of a professional chef-restaurant-manager-front-of-house-waiter-host-dishwasher-busker-line-chef, you can also play Overcooked completely solo.
